Preliminary Consulting
You will provide us with the preliminary details of the products that you are interested in sourcing from China.
We will in turn provide you with a free consultation and explain to you how we can help meet your objectives.
Proposal Upon receiving your free consultation, if you decide to proceed further, we will send your information on to our head office, and your project will be assigned to one of our sourcing managers. We will then conduct preliminary research on your project,and present you with a document that outlines how we will approach your project.
Entering Agreement
At this point Jimming Sourcing along with you the client will decide whether we should enter a consulting arrangement where we charge an hourly fee or whether we should enter a relationship where Jimming Sourcing sources the product from the factory and marks the product up to you at a profit.
Locating Qualified Factories
Once we have come to an agreement and the customer has agreed on our proposal we will begin soliciting factories to produce your product.Generally we will choose between 3 to 10 different factories, depending on the project Inspecting Factories . We will have meetings with the factory managers and explain to them your needs, we will inspect their facilities, and inspect products that they have produced for previous clients.
Narrowing Down Factories
Next we will narrow down the 3 to 10 factories, to 1 to 3 factories, and ask that each factory produce a sample of your product. The samples will then be shipped to you for your inspection.
Choosing One Factory
Upon receiving your samples, we will have a discussion and decide which factory should be approached to produce your final order. We will judge each factory on the following criteria, the results of their sample, their ability to meet your turnaround times, their production capacity, their adherence
to labor laws, our perception of their willingness to cooperate, and the quality of their management.
Negotiating Price
Once we decide on a factory, one of our American managers will perform the important task of going to the factory and negotiating the price.
Confirming the Order
Once the price has been negotiated we will confirm everything with you, and place the order with the factory.
Shipping & Duty Fees
We will locate a company to ship your products from China to your location or your Country.We have a good relationship with several logistics companies, so we can guarantee that we can provide you with a competitive shipping price. In addition we will prepare all of the documents for your items to successfully clear customs.
